Feel Good Run Club is a social running group that was created as a way to meet other likeminded people, to feel connected to the community and move as a way to feel good. Feel Good Run Club is founded on the principles of chasing good runs, good coffee and good connections. We run on the beautiful Wilyakali country.
At Feel Good Run Club, we want our run club to be a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. We are about moving at a pace you are comfortable with. You can walk, jog, run and take as many breaks as you need! It is about moving your body for yourself and being part of our community.
We are not just about running. We are about meeting other people and feeling connected to our community. Connection is so important to how we feel about ourselves, we encourage everyone to attend and give it a go!
It is not simply about running for health or for fitness, it is about moving in a way that you feel good in yourself. Showing up can be very nerve-wracking for the first time, but once you meet the other members and feel the group push you along, you are almost guaranteed to feel good.

Feel Good Run Club runs on the beautiful Wilyakali country. We pay respects to Elders past and present. We feel very grateful and privileged to be able to run on this amazing country that First Nations people have cared and looked after for so many years. It always was, and always will be, Aboriginal Land.
